Public propertyDistance
获取此lcode对应的路段长度，单位: 米
Public propertyLcode
获取路况信息对应的编码，如果direction是正向 lcode，返回值大于0， 否则lcode，返回值小于0。如果返回0则说明此路段无lcode。
Public propertyStatus
获取路况状态：0-未知；1-畅通；2-缓行；3-拥堵
